Your voice is a mirror of you, and is one of the main keys to connecting with your true self and expressing this truth in the world. No musical experience is necessary to experience the transformative and healing power of sound, song and silence. My courses are for everyone, from beginners to seasoned musicians.

In my workshops people get the opportunity to reach deep into the heart of the true voice that we are all born with… The voice that often waits to be uncovered and shine; a true expression of all that we are. It's not just about singing out from your depths, it affects every aspect of your life: speaking, listening, communicating and interacting with your environment. You discover there is a lot of joy lurking there waiting to be released, and perhaps some barriers or blockages that may make their illusory presence felt on the journey of awakening your voice.

I have trained with some of the best sound healers in the world, and have led workshops in Sweden, Norway, Germany, Estonia and New Zealand over the past several years. Each time it blows my mind as the power of voice and sound transforms people creating a beautiful heart centered space.

I have been singing overtones for the past decade, and love sharing this easily learnt and yet very profound ancient technique of singing two tones at once. Gorgeous flute like tones ring seemingly out of nowhere…yet all of them are in your voice!

Toning simple vowel sounds is another technique I share that opens up the hearing awareness and has a very soothing and balancing effect on the body energy.

We do a lot of group chanting of beautiful circular tunes that take you into a blissful space beyond worrying about the song text or if your doing it in the right way, so that sometimes it can seem as if the song is singing you.

An important aspect is learning to relax into breathing consciously, through various breathing techniques. This combined with falling into the stillness of meditation, sometimes with sound, creates the ground for magic to happen in the room, and gives you tools you can take away to integrate more sound and stillness into your daily life if you wish.
